Why we built Datafore.
Datafore started as a data and analytics consultancy. The lesson from that work: the report is rarely the hard part. Getting anything to change because of it is.
Why allied health.
Private clinics hold years of detailed data and use almost none of it to run the business. Owners piece the picture together by hand, if at all, while no-shows, empty slots and lapsed patients cost them revenue and continuity of care.
Clinicians already work in a loop: assess, treat, reassess. Datafore brings the same discipline to the clinic itself.
What we believe.
Allied health deserves better data.
Physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy and mental health clinics deliver much of Canada's hands-on care, mostly as independent businesses. They should have the same quality of insight as a hospital system.
Insight only counts if it changes something.
A report nobody acts on is a cost. We judge our work by the decisions it improves.
Trust is built in.
Clinics hold their patients' information in trust. We design privacy and accountability in from the start.
From the founder.
Allied health is personal work. Practitioners build a practice one patient at a time, and the business behind it deserves the same care.
My background is in data and analytics. A dashboard on its own changes nothing. What matters is the decision someone makes because of it, and checking whether that decision worked.
While Datafore is young, every founding clinic will work with me directly. I'd rather earn your trust one conversation at a time.
