Datafore Analytics Inc. ("Datafore", "we", "us") is based in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. This policy covers the personal information we collect through this website. It does not yet cover the Datafore platform itself, which is under active development — a dedicated policy will apply once that product is available to clinics.

What we collect

When you email us, call us, send a message through our contact form, book a call, or otherwise contact Datafore through this site, we collect the information you choose to share — such as your name, contact details, clinic name, and the content of your message.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to you and to follow up about Datafore's platform, including early access. We do not sell personal information.

Services that carry your message

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service. If you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly (calendly.com). Both are third-party services that may process information outside Canada, under their own privacy policies. Please don't include patient or health information in a message or booking.

Where it's handled

Once a message reaches us, we aim to store and process it in Canada, and we handle personal information in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
